This 1967 Cadillac Fleetwood Miller-Meteor Hearse Ambulance Combo was last seen for sale for $4000.00 in Sharpsburg, Georgia.

This 1967 Cadillac Fleetwood Miller-Meteor Hearse Ambulance Combination was purchased 13 years ago from a professional car enthusiast and has primarily been used as a Halloween yard prop. The Cadillac hearse starts, drives, and stops, but it’s recommended to have it checked by a mechanic before driving long distances. It was featured in a commercial for The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy on Cartoon Network, and comes with original manuals, a Miller-Meteor service manual, an accessories brochure, and various paperwork, along with boxes of parts and a fitted car cover.

This hearse/ambulance combo includes removable landau panels, two folding jump seats, and a rear compartment that is nicely carpeted in black with intact rollers. All the glass is intact except for a cracked windshield, and the body has minor dings and a crease on the right front fender. The frame looks solid, although there is surface rust. The car rides on excellent commercial-grade tires with nearly full tread, but the engine smokes and leaks oil and exhaust.

While it’s an ideal prop for yard haunts and has been the highlight of Halloween setups, this 1967 Cadillac Fleetwood Miller-Meteor hearse is not roadworthy in its current state and will require repairs to be safely driven. It is sold as-is, with a bill of sale only, and the buyer will be responsible for transporting the vehicle.
