This coach was a true barn find in Natchez, Mississippi. It had been parked in a garage for 12 to 20 years the day I bought it. It came with a funeral home and the new owner (of 7 years) never did anything with it until he needed the space for something else. Lots of “good bones” here so we brought her home to Georgia. The car is straight, solid, and rust-free. Body and roof nice. Typically I would recondition this coach and sell it for around $8,000 ~ $10,000 BUT I have four coaches in the shop now in various stages of getting ready and two on the yard waiting their turn in line. This sweet find is going to be somebody else’s project. We drained and changed the oil, put in a new battery, and put on some tires that would hold air. It cranks runs and drives. The engine is noisy. Deep noise – needs mechanical attention, Brakes, transmission, etc seem to function OK, We’ve driven it around a little. The A/C is definitely out of charge but shows no signs of work or other problems. Power steering works. She needs love – – – from a mechanic 🙂
